ADR for LARGE party (12-14 adults & 10 kids)

DH and I are going down to Disney and will be spending the first couple of nights with the kids he coaches in soccer, a few from both his older and younger team are playing in the 3v3 tournament.

One night, we all want to go out for dinner together - I'm figuring around 22 people (roughly). We'll likely try for an ADR at a DTD restaurant or one at one of the resorts. What would you suggest? And will it be very difficult to make a reservation for a large party like that? DH and I are the only ones on the DDP, so likely we won't use it that night and we'll all just split the check.

We are going also for the 3v3 next weekend! I was also still about to try to call and get an adr or two for about 15 of us for weekend dinners and hope there are some options. I always go with a week full of adr's, made months in advance so this feels strange not to have our every meal planned out .

I know what you mean - we are staying a few extra days at GF after they all leave and all our ADRs are made. DH said to me tonight, 'how soon do we have to figure out this reservation?' I said, 'oh I don't know, last month perhaps?!'

It's also driving me insane that they posted the game schedules for like two hours and they haven't been reposted. Apparently there were issues with the schedules. Hopefully they are up this weekend!

Where is your team coming from? We're from PA, I think a U9 or 10 (Soccer Freaks) and a U13 or 14 (LMSC Gunners).

We are from the Buffalo, NY area. 96G "BAM" is our team , they are U-13 . I was just looking for the schedules a few minutes ago too...

Ohana is a good choice - they can put a lot of people at one table. They may still have to split you, but I think it can accomodate a big group pretty well.
