ADR for 3 but only 2 show up

I am booking my ADRs. I have a friend that lives in Orlando and might join us a few nights so I want to make sure I have her in the dinner red if she comes. Will I be charged if only 2 show up for the 3 res? I don't think I will but I just want to be sure.

You are only charged if nobody shows up, not for coming with less than you are reserved for. We were a party of 3 last year and had to make an ADR for 4 for a few of our adrs, because nothing would show up for 3 but I would find tables for 4.
