ADR- disney jr. breakfast @ HS what time?

Im trying to deiced when I should make our adr for the disney junior character breakfast @hs. I originally thought i would try and make it for 8:05 so we could get into the park early... but now I heard HS is opening early... so I wonder if I should make it for a different time. I think my son (3) would really enjoy it so I would like to still go to it... even though I heard the food is not that great. Any ideas? We didn't get to ride tsm the last time we were there (bc I was un prepared and had no idea that even in sept you had to get there early to ride). So now that he is 3 and loves toy story I want to make sure we ride it! Any suggestions? We are going back next sept.

If they are going to continue with the early opening, consider making your reservation for 10am. That way you can do the mad dash, get a fp, get on the ride and still make it to breakfast. Then you can eat a later lunch also and hit some of the other things on your list without stopping.

We have done this with success on EMH days at MK. We hit EMH, did Splash, Thunder, Haunted, Peter Pan, Small World, Snow White, and Winnie the Pooh and then headed to have a leisurely brunch before attempting to hit the others. It was nice.
