mixed thoughts on this. Some believe that calling to check on your ADRs presents an opportunity for CMs to mess up existing ones. I call a a few weeks ahead to verify the information in the system is correct. If there is an error that gives you more time to poetentially rectify the issue or think through alternatives.
Fortunately the only problem I ave encountered in the whole process is one of the restaurants not showing an ADR for my family. They were able to locate it with the confirmation number.
