Restaurant reviews are incredibly subjective.
I'm from New York and (while I haven't dined at Via Napoli) I hate most Italian food at Disney (except Il Mulino.) I loved the lobster rolls from Boardwalk Bakery, but someone from New England may be offended by them. I love the biscuits and gravy at breakfast buffets, but a true southerner would scoff at them.
We booked Artist Point for Christmas last year. It was our first time dining anywhere but Narcoossee's, so we were nervous. A month before Christmas, a popular Disney blog releases a less-than-stellar review about Artist Point. Many of the comments on the blog agreed. It called into question the service and while it didn't say the food was bad, it didn't say it was good, either. I was flustered, but we kept the reservation. Artist Point was the highlight of our trip and our favorite meal. The service was stellar, and the food (much of the same items called out on the blog) ranked among our favorite meals in Disney.
We're looking to dine at Yak & Yeti our next trip at Disney. Some video won't make us cancel it.
At the end of the day, there's no BAD food at Disney. I can think of one or two restaurants we'll never step foot in again, but that seems to the consensus among DISers. Those dessert wontons are worth the risk...
