ADR and Park Date Question

I just read that Dis is going to release park hours 180 days in advance beginning Oct 27th. How is this going to help those of us who have to make ADR for Feburary?

You'll be able to book all of your ADRs on 10/27. While you won't get the advantage of the full 180 days you're window will get more than the current 90 days.

But will I have park hours for the second week of Feb? It just makes for difficult planning...
