I am looking to book California Grill on August 29. We heard we can see wishes fireworks with the music piped in. What time should I reserve for dinner? I believe wishes starts at 10 that night, but not 100% sure.

Typically a 3 course signature restaurant dinner takes our family about 90-120 minutes so we usually make our reservation about 60-75 minutes before the start of Wishes. Sometimes we are finished with our dinner, but most times we have finished the entree course and ordered dessert. We like to go outside to watch Wishes and enjoy dessert afterwards.

By far, the best place to watch the fireworks imo.
