Just some advice for those of you that have flight inclusive packages booked Direct with Disney UK.
I called the 0870 number yesterday to book my ADR's - this was my first time - transferred me over over to the US booking centre no problems at all!
First attempt the CM tried to tell me Sci Fi couldn't take ADR's at 90+10 so I called back. This time got a more friendly CM who didn't question the 90+10 at all - infact seemed to be going great until they aked for my reservation number.
We only had the 1 number - that's shown on all our invoices and confirmations and it's in the format xxxx-S09 - well this wasn't recognised in the Disney system and she struggled to find it via my name and personal details too!!
I was starting to panic!!
As a last resort she asked for the hotel information and eventually she found the reservation!
So, all in all on the phone for 22 mins - got the ADR's we wanted and now have the 'Disney reservation number' in case we need to book more.(12 digits long!)
So, for those of you with reference numbers in the format above, you may want to call Disney BEFORE you need to book your ADR's - could save you the heart failure I almost had when he told me she had no reservation in our name
Hope this helps some of the newbies out there
