This is one of those that because of the net I'd hand off to my husband (he's my Photoshop guru). Easily doable for pretty decent results, as shown. But the net makes it tricky to get to look seamless and needs some special attention beyond just cloning and healing.
It really depends on what you're ding with it though. If you're just posting it on a website or something the edits shown would probably be perfect. But if you're printing it you might need more, and a higher resolution depending on how you're printing.
