Adjusting reservation tied to MM registration

If I modify my reservation that is tied to the Moonlight Magic registration, it will not cancel MM registration correct? I know in the past there were issues.

Example. Current reservation is for April 29-May 1. I'm looking to drop the April 29 night, so the new reservation would be April 30-May 1.

My understanding is that as long as the reservation number remains the same, you will be fine.

In your case, I think you will be good.

Similar question: if I add someone to our room, this is just a modification as well I would think, so not affect the reservation either? (I know it can’t change the number of people for Moonlight Magic, but that’s not why I need to add this person, a family member will stay with us for the night of EEH and I want them to be eligible for that)

So, just confirming, taking someone off the reservation (not the lead guest) or adding another guest, would also not affect the MM registration?
