Addresses?

Just wondering where I can find addresses for managers at the Hard Rock Hotel and also at Loews? Where do you write with complaints?

Just back from a great trip and will post a trip report as soon as I get myself together. The parks were great, and overall I loved the Hard Rock, but we had LOTS of problems while we were there and I would like someone to address these problems for me. Thanks for any help.

There's two ways to get there.

You can either go to www.universalorlando.com and look for the hotel link.

Or, you can go to www.hardrockcafe.com and click on the hotel.

They should also list the phone number on either site, so if you're unsure of the address- you could always give them a call.
