We we have just returned from Thanksgiving week at WDW. Had a great time impacted by a really miserable happening at the Yacht CLub. I have no idea how to contact a top customer relations person about this and would appreciate it if somone would give me a name and address.

I am so sorry to hear that something spoiled your trip-especially at the YC which we love. We will be there in 3 weeks. We have stayed there for years and did have 1 unfortunate event. However, when I reported it to security it was immediately addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. I hope yours will be too.
