Address for Poly concierge planning?

I want to send a thank you to concierge planning office. They have been very helpful in planning our trip and I just wanted to show our appreciation.

Does anyone have an address where I can send a package to them?

All you have to do is ask for their mailing address and they'll email it back to you... The mailing address for the resort itself is...
