Does anyone have an address for Disney Dining Comments or Suggestions?
I was really saddened by the loss of the O'hana dipping chips, but I know that even though some well meaning CMs hover on these boards, they may not be able to take our comments and act upon them.
I actually work for a software company, and recently we discovered there was a bug in our product. I asked our customer support team how many people had complained about it, and they said that only 7 folks had written or called in, but I saw at least 300 threads on our community message boards saying that there was an issue... so all these folks were talking among themselves, but very few were actually reporting it to us.
I actually had to post on those forums asking people to report the issue, because that was the only way I could get the support to patch it from a corporate level.
What I can't help but wonder is if maybe the same thing happens here... where we all vent to each other, but very few actually write Disney? If someone has the address, I'd like to try... it may be out of our hands (maybe they were too high in trans fats for the new regulations... maybe a lot of folks complained about them not being "Polynesian", maybe the new chef just didn't think anyone cared?)
But yeah - I'd like to try?
