Address for CRO?

Is there an address for CRO that I can send a "Thumbs Up" letter to? OR is it just the PO Box 10,000 address?
I had to book a room for my parents, 2 connecting rooms for my fiance's parents, and play around with my ressie for our wedding, and Vanessa-Lynn was just great! I know this isn't her real name, but I figured that if I gave the day and time I called, as well as my ressie #'s, they's be able to trace it down.

From what I've gathered here, there are several CRO's. One in Tampa, FL another in Orlando, FL and yet a possible third in another state.

To save yourself $.37, just use the website. I'm sure there is somewhere that you can click to contact them. Unfortunately, that is probably the best way; it seems no one reads letters any more.
