Address for character autographs...

I know I read somewhere that there was an address at Disney to send for free character photos with autograhs but now can't find it...does anyone know what I am talking about!?!?!?!
Also, are there only specific characters they will send? I am trying to create an anniversary surprise for dh and he has a crush on Mrs. Incredible...
