Address changes for Mickey Monitor

Hi-

We've moved since we got our AP's last Oct., so I've never received a Mickey Monitor. Does anyone know who I should contact to change the address so we get our MM?

I would like to know this too. I moved after I bought the AP so haven't gotten one yet.
