DH and I embark Feb 25th on our very first cruise. We literally just moved a few days ago and had already checked in December 12th. Do we even need to change the address on file when we checked in? In Colorado we did our address change online which means we just write the address change on the back of the license as a new one isnt issued (there is a place on the back of colorado Driver's Licenses for a person to hand write their new addy on). We both have passports also that we will be bringing. Edited to state we also have a TA so mail has been going thru her

I guess my question is why not change it? DCL has you in their computer system. Some info may go to your TA, but they will continue to keep you (not your TA) on their mailing list. There are threads here about people who didn't receive post-cruise mailings from the Castaway Club or offers. Personally, I would change my address; it really has little if anything to do with matching a driver's license and everything to do with having accurate contact information for me (especially since you plan to cruise with passports). You can modify your online check-in information at any point up until 3 days prior to embarkation.

Enjoy your cruise!
