With the resale changes coming and my mistake of staying in a 1br once instead of a studio (usually go solo or with one other person), the bug struck and so I just knew I needed to add on some extra points so I could stay in a 1Br every trip. I usually go 2 times a year. Unfortunately the bug was fatal 
and I found a 70 pt contract with my UY of FEB at the timeshare store for $94. Only get 6 pts next year and then 70 from there on out, but the price was lower than my original points. So I ran out of excuses.
I was notified that it went into Disney for ROFR today. That was fast, I only made the offer yesterday.
