Additional reservations opening with rolling hour extensions

Hey everyone! We're going with our group in May and weren't able to score some of the dining reservations we were hoping for. However, I'm noticing that Disney keeps extending park hours on a rolling basis and I'm wondering if when they do that if they also open more dining reservations for those couple of extra hours... and if they DO, how close to my trip should I be watching for that to happen?

I often find that the restaurants open more reservations before the extended park hours are actually announced. So, check back frequently.

Yes. Note sometimes reservations lag behind the hours extensions. We're going in two weeks and they extended hours last Friday but just added MK reservations for the new hours tonight.

Yes! My best advice is to set a reservation finder on touring plans. One of mine hit tonight when they added the additional reservations and then when I went in to grab it, I noticed that they had added times for our entire trip so I was able to move everything around and get one that previously had no availability.

I don't believe we can link directly to websites that have subscription services on disboards. But the reservation finder by touring plans is a free service. If you google it, should come up.

If you remember, would you share if the service was helpful for you?

Our trip is a long ways off still, but have to admit I am already a little concerned about the ADRs. We haven't been in years, and there are a few my DDs are hoping for, for nostalgia/tradition sake.
