Additional person in party.... need help

I have a group of 3 going for a week with a package reservation (rooms & tickets). I have 1 additional person who will be joining us for only 3 days. We have purchased a separate pass for only the number of park days needed. Does she need to be added onto our room reservation (she will need to get in and out of the room without the rest of us) and if so, what is the easiest way to do this? Also, we all have magic bands, but my additional person doesn't. I don't see any solid color magic bands available. Does anyone know if/when these will be back or of another place to get them?

You can add her to your reservation on the day she arrives by going to the front desk. Then she will be able to get early entry into the parks for resort guests. They can give you a key card for the room.

You can purchase a magic band onsite if you don't see any online that you like. Simply purchase and then link the MB to the guest profile in the MDE account - you will input the small numbers on the back of the MB. If you need assistance, ask the CM when you make the purchase.
