Additional Fee for Dessert Parties under 20 people?

We are having it at the UK lower on the 1st. Its to bad I thought we might meet each other at the dessert party .

I have had to pay for the viewing fee upfront and then they will give it back to us after the wedding.

Also there are only 12 of us and we haven't had to pay a fee for a small group.

Are you guests not using tickets to get in?
How come they're refunding your viewing fee??

And what location are you using?

if your guests have tickets the fee is refunded, they scan all the tickets when you get backstage

We are in Morocco, I have asked them to take their tickets so we get our viewing fee back. I think they refund our Money when we get our wishes wedding deposit back.

So, just to confirm,

I'll have to budget in and pay the viewing fee for everyone (including us?) up front.

And then how does it get refunded? I wonder if a lot of chasing is required or if they're pretty good with this?

This is the first I've heard that it had to be paid up front regardless, rather annoying really as it means they're effectively holding over $150 of our money! I suppose it's the best way for them to do it though.....

it may be different for escaoe weddings but we hvae been told we pay it and then it gets refunded after the wedding and onto the card or however you paid the wedding.

All ours have tickets, I have made sure of that!
