Additional Fantasmic Times!!!

We arrive in WDW on July 2 and today (on a whim) I called Disney Dining to see if we could get a later reservation for Fantasmic at Mama Melrose and we did!!! We originally had a 4:20 PS and this afternoon I got a 6:20 PS! So, who ever says they don't open additional time slots is LYING! Today is exactly 30 days from the PS day and I called midday EST. WOoo Hoooo!!!

I called the other day for the end of August and 4:40 PM was the last time available. Do you think the additional later time slots are only for peak season? The end of August is off-peak.

Thanks. I called last week to try to get a later date for our July 5th FDP and they weren't out yet. I'll call today and try again.

They usually open later seatings about 30 days out so I would just wait until it is closer to the date. HTH

We called last night to make ADR for our August trip. We were able to make our first choice of 8:00 except for MK and MGM restaurants which were 5:40. She told us to check back as it gets closer because they will open up later times as park hours are announced.

Keep trying. I called on June 1 for July 2...so maybe call on June 4? I bet they come out with more times!

Try again as you get closer to 30 days out. I was calling every week and there were less and less time slots available. In fact, about a week ago NONE of the fantasmic restaurants were able to accomodate my party of 8. So, don't give up yet!

I called on Monday last to change my 4.10 reservation to 6.30 for June 28th and got it! Yippee!! I wish though they'd just make the later times available in the first place, would have saved me the price of an international call.
