Adding Water park question

We are making a trip with extended family to an onsite resort in September, it is 5 nights, checking in on a Tuesday. We have 6 day park hoppers, which we want to use Tues-Sun. We will be arriving in town the Sunday morning before we check-in, staying onsite "room only" Sun and Mon night. If we change our tickets to include the water park option, could we do water parks on Sunday and Monday before we start our park hopping at the main parks? Or do we need to go to a regular park first to "activate" the tickets?

I don't want to pay a ton for waterparks, since our kids are little (5,3, and baby), but thought this might be a fun option that wouldn't be as expensive as, for example, Legoland.

If Water Parks are not a priority and you're staying on property, you may want to consider your resort pool.

If I were in your shoes with Littles (and I once was!), I would not add on the WP tickets - I'm sure your kids would be just as happy at the resort pool, as PP suggested.

You may be able to find a good deal on Legoland tickets as the time comes - just keep checking. My brother and SIL were able to get a BOGO special last year when they went.

You're probably right... I tend to want to fill all our time with activities, when I'm sure they'd be thrilled spending a day at the pool. Thanks!

If the tickets are part of a package reservation, and you want to use them (any entitlement) before the package stay begins, then you need to activate the tickets at Guest Relations. You can activate package tickets up to 10 days in advance.
