Adding the Dining Plan? Do I have this right?

We are planning on booking the deluxe plan for our upcoming vaca this May. I looked over the members sight yesterday, we can book it up to 48 hrs prior to checkin and it must be paid at that time? Am I clear? Thanks!!!
