Adding reservation to online site

I'm trying to add my reservation to my online account so that I have it there, can link dining, can see it in the app etc. It's not allowing me to get into it. Could it be because I booked through AAA since it was part of a bigger trip? Will I be able to see it when I get closer to my dates? I'm very unhappy with my AAA agent and she is providing no help at all. I tried calling Disneyland but I gave up because I was on hold forever! lol

I booked directly through Disney and never was able to link it online.

Do you mean on the app? I've found the only way to get reservations to show up on the app is if you book the reservation on the app. Even if its not showing up, you can always call and verify. But I know it is worrisome.
