Added my niece to my reservation today. Spoke to Shamus who was a very cheery CM. The nicest one I've spoken to so far this trip.
I already have 2 rooms booked and thought I'd just add my niece's name now to save time at check-in (was calling to make another payment anyway). During the transaction CM mentioned that the computer wasn't letting him do it because resort is at capacity and he needed to do this thru Guest Services. I mentioned "Oh, you can't just add a name - I already have the room." He said something about the computer not being very smart and he had to go thru Guest Services. After a minute he said okay, I was all set. Then he put me on hold and came back and then asked if I needed any other dining ressies, which he cherrily took care of.
Anyway, now when I try to look up my ressie on the website I get a message that the confirmation # is wrong. (this didn't happen before today)
Do you think the ressie number was changed because of me adding another person or do you think it's a problem with the website.
Now I'm a little concerned that I didn't receive an updated confirmation number and I'll be leaving before another has a chance to reach me.
Any thoughts? I guess I'll call back tomorrow to double check.
