Adding people to stay at WL?

I am staying at the WL. My fiance's parents have decided to drive to to meet us, we are from NY they are from GA, I told them that they can just stay with us for the few days they are there. Does anyone know the cost of adding 2 people to my room res. and should I call in advance or can I let them know when I check in?

According to DIS, it will cost you an extra $50 per night to have 4 adults in a WL room.

Quoted room rates are for a maximum of 2 adults. Extra adult charges are:
$10 per extra adult per night at Value Resorts
$15 per extra adult per night at Moderate Resorts
$25 per extra adult per night at Deluxe Resorts (i.e.; WL)

We had to begin paying that extra adult charge when our son turned 18.

It couldn't hurt to have that noted on your reservation -- particularly if there's any chance that they would otherwise assign you a King bed.
