Adding people to reservation

I need to add names to our reservation, can I call MS to do this or will they have to cancel me and rebook? If it's the latter, I'm toast. :thanks:


Yes, the villa is large enough to fit the amount of guests I need to add. :thumbsup2

Why call and wait on hold? You can send them the changes via the "contact us" form on the member website, much easier! :thumbsup2

:goodvibes Thanks Bill. I didn't see a way to add names so I figured I had to call.

I guess that means I can add names and not have to cancel and rebook. :thumbsup2
 

I also do the email from the site. make sure you put full name and address. Age. Mr or Mrs. guest of member. everything they ask if adding at time of reservation.I forgot to add Mrs and and guest of member last time..LOL.. Usually takes about 2 days for the add by email.

You can also do the online chat feature...I know that they have been able to help me with a few things that way...so much faster than calling and you get an instance response!!!

I've had bad luck with chat, too. Both times I tried it, I was told I had to call. One of the times was to add names. I don't remember what I wanted the other time, but probably to add a request.

IMO, they should put the "chat people" on the phones to help reduce hold times.

I agree 100%.

Disney/DVC likes to add stuff to give a positive impression but in reality the benefit is marginal at best. The chat feature sounds like a good thing, online check in should save time but often it doesn't, membership magic activities sounds like fun but there isn't much of a cost savings if any and often your reservation is canceled due to minimum attendance numbers not being met, but they all sound impressive.
