Adding people to my reservation

Very quick question. We have a 2 bedroom booked for my husband and I because that was all we could get. Now another couple is joining us - how do I add them to my reservation? Is there a way to do it on DVCmember.com or do I need to call member services? They've traveled with us before so I can see them on mydisneyexperience - but I can't find any way to add them to the villa reservation.

Hi Famcruisefun! I'm pretty sure the only way to add someone to an existing rez is to call MS. Which reminds me that I need to call MS to add my DD#2 to my Aulani rez for September! Mahalo for the reminder!

AFAIK, You may have to cancel and rebook and hope you get back what you gave up. I could be completely wrong, but calling member services is never a bad place to start.

To add them to the room reservation, you should call MS. You can't do it on line. But you could send MS an e-mail with the info, then watch that they appear on the reservation. You will NOT need to cancel and re-book the reservation to add, or remove people from the reservation.
Have a great trip. Don't forget to add them to Magical Express if you plan to use that service.

Sometimes. I was told to call. Both of my attempts (at different times) to do things like this were refused.

I know others have been successful, but I am not patient enough to try again, when email works just fine AND I get a confirming email.

Yep, I gave MS a call this afternoon to add my DD#2 to our Aulani rez pre-cruise in September. Got a super sweet CM named Danielle and she not only took care of that, but helped me with some odds and ends I had questions about!
