adding people to my reservation ?

When I used the online reservation system to reserve my villa, I reserved the villa with just me on the reservation, on the advice of a fellow Dis'er, to simplify the process for me. ( It was my first time using the online reservation and I was very nervous. Not that computer savvy. ) Do I call to add the people who will be staying there with me? What information about the people will be needed? Birth dates, addresses, etc? First time for me using Magic Bands and FP+ this upcoming visit too. I think someone here advised me to just add their names, not their addresses, so that I have control over the reservation, ie- ordering the Magic Bands, etc. Is this correct? We have stayed at our home resort BLT) several times, but never done the planning involved with FP+ and Magic Bands, only done the restaurant planning. Any advice and help is most welcome.

I've added people online before. Always use my address and phone number. No big deal.
