Adding park hopper midway through trip

Not sure if this is possible but can I add park hopper midway through a trip? I'm at Disney now and we were hoping to do EP/HS one afternoon/evening. We have 3 days remaining on a 7 day base ticket. Not sure if it's possible or how the cost is calculated.

1. Absolutely. It can be done at any time.
2. That's fine.
3. Yup.
4. It costs the same as if you had bought it as your original ticket.
(No prorating or adjustment in price for "days left" or "days used.")
Subtract the cost of a 7-day base ticket (including tax) from the cost of a 7-day Hopper (including tax,)
and pay that difference price for the upgrade.

I think you could, I would guess the cost is going to be the difference between a base ticket and hopper ticket, $60, I don't believe it would be pro-rated.

The cost is the same no matter when you add park hopper.

It’s so nice to be able to switch parks after our afternoon break. It would be nice if the price was adjusted based on how many days your able to use it.
