I am staying off site and I checked my CC and there are deposits for the adults for the ADR's. My SIL and nephew may be coming with us, they aren't sure yet. Do I need to call and let them know I may have 1 extra person to come and will they need to charge my CC again. OR if someone in our party decides not to come and I dont call to let them know my # in my party has changed are they going to charge me for the missing person?

If they are charging deposits for your ADR's then you need to let them know about any changes. If people don't show up, then you will be charged for them if you don't tell them in advance. If you add more people, then you will probably be charged for the extra ones as well.

If you are increasing by one and going from an odd number to an even number just show up. If you are increasing by one from an even number to an odd number, or increasing by more than one you will have to modify your reservation or make a new one.

This is because the tables are designed for an even number of people.

Ditto this! Call soon too. I had to increase a character meal from 2 to 3 and my reservation time slot was not available at the higher number. We ended up going much later than desired and it affected our plan for that day because we also had lunch ADRs.

No, but I did have a problem changing one from 7 to 8 so the odd to even rule does not necessarily apply.

They must have planned to squeeze 7 people onto a 6-top table. When I had to change one from 9 to 10 last year, the CM said I could "probably" do it since we probably had a table for 10 reserved anyway, but she wasn't 100% sure until she actually pulled it up on the computer. So it's not always going to happen that way.
