We own Riviera direct and have already added on once direct there again and are definitely interested in adding on resale there now that we have two blue cards for our kids. We are very excited about the Poly 2 coming late 2024 and plan to add on there, if we don't grab a Riviera resale first (we have a September use year, and it seems to be a bit of a unicorn.)
I would bump up to 150 Riviera. You're good with studios, and you may always be good with studios, but the Riviera one and two-bedrooms are fabulous and a nice option if you're rotating Poly studio stays. I like the idea of rotating home bases if you don't like split stays. GoTG is opening very soon at Epcot, and four adults would probably enjoy the Skyliner HS/EP and BC/YC/BW accessibility and dining options. Tron is opening soon at MK, and Poly is great for fireworks and after parties/holiday stuff. I like two home bases covering 3/4 parks.
