adding occupancy to reservation

Made reservation 11 mos in advance for BWV 2br boardwalk view. At 11 mos in advance we weren't sure who could definately make the trip. CSR took reservation and told me to call back in several months when I had all the names.

I have read several posts in the past about people having problems changing occupants after ressie was made. If I don't call to add names can I still use on-line check-in? No dining plans are involved.

I haven't had any trouble adding names to a reservation as long as it doesn't go over the limit. I would call and try to add them before you do online check in- otherwise if you have to add them at check in there is no point in doing online check in- you will have to do regular check in to add there names and get there keys.

I haven't had any problems changing or adding names to reservations. If you do have a problem, just hang up and call again to work with a different CM.

I recently added a name to a solo trip. I just sent an e-mail to MS through the member site. No problem.

Never had a problem with adding and/or changing names. With 2 adult kids and their kids this happens all the time. Simply call MS and they will take care of it. I would make sure you update to make online check in go ok.

I've never had a problem with adding people to a reservation after I've made it. I would just call them up and try.

I never give names at first. I just book and say just me. Then about a week prior, I will call with the exact names, unless I know for sure way prior and we are doing ME, But even with ME, I don't set that up until about 6 weeks prior, or even closer if I know I am doing carry ons, because then it doesnt matter.

Again, adding names is not a problem. I think the biggest problems you have been hearing is changing all the names on a reservation. But, even that shouldn't be a problem, it just depends on the CM.
