***Do not book through travelocity....horrible customer service****
So I booked my room for 4 nights through travelocity at CBR, so I called their 'customer service' department, which was outsourced to India, to add tickets, dining plan, and add my flights to ME.
Well the guy had no idea what I meant by ME or dining plan, so I explained and then he put me on hold after I was on hold for 15 minutes waiting for an available representative. So then he said he'll call CBR and tell them to add me and he put me on hold. Finally after 15 minutes, I hung up.
So I still don't have my flights on ME, nor do I have my dining plan (the tickets I can buy online, so I'm not worried).
Does anyone know what I should do?
