Adding Guest to Room Only Reservation

2 night AKL resort only reservation(no parks) before DCL. 3 people in room, however my friend is arriving on night two. Do I add her now or wait until check in day and add her as a guest? She would want to ride Magical Express.

I would add her at check in for the day that she is arriving. Then set up magical express fro her.

Does she already have a magic band? If not, you might want to add her now and change it to only the one night when you arrive.

If by adding your friend you will incur an extra adult charge, I would just wait until you check in. You can set up DME as soon as you add her to the reservation.

I agree. Wait until you are there then add them, otherwise you will be charged the $25 o$35 extra person charge (not sure what it is up to now). You can then call Magical Express....and give them the flight information. Word of caution.....don't rely on Disney to contact Magical Express. Get the phone number and do it yourself.

The phone number for DME is 866 599-0951. And yes, call DME directly. (And ignore the recorded message telling you to contact your agent.)
