Adding extra person for 1 night?

Booked for WL CL stay in November for mom and our family of 5. We have 2 rooms booked. The set up is DH, DD and myself in one room and mom and both DS in the other room. We have both rooms booked for 6 nights and will be driving in. My dad plans to come down on Wednesday and then he and my mom will drive home Thursday. We do have a package but he will not be going to the park at all. Since she only has 3 people in the room and she is the only adult I normally wouldn't be concerned about him coming in for the night but since we are staying CL I want to make sure there are no problems. Can we just tell them when we check in that he will be there for the night. Don't want to add him to the package as we don't need his tickets. Thoughts?

Yes, just inform the CM at check in when your dad will be arriving and he will be added to the room. That way he will get a room key and have full access to the lounge along with everyone else . And since your mom is the only adult in the 2nd room, there will be no extra adult fee.
