Adding DXDDP

Can we add the dining plan to a room and ticket reservation that were booked separately?
We didn't think we wanted it but now we do.

If you didn't book a package originally (dining plans are part of a package unless you're on a DVC booking) you can ask them to change a room only ressie to a package. In my experience (I've done it twice and was able to still keep my room discount) they haven't been able to move the original deposit from the room only ressie to the package but I've seen some mention that this might be possible. You will then be subject to the terms of the package (balance due 30 days prior to check-in) and the package change/cancellation policies.

Ok. So if they can add dining to put room and keep our discount, I will need to pay it off.
That's no problem.
Is is normally something allowed? I am trying to give them more money. We want to do the deluxe plan.

When I've done it it's definitely been some work on the CMs part --- so you may or may not get someone who is willing to do it. I should mention if the discount you have is no longer available (i.e. it expired prior to you calling to switch to a package) you may or may not be able to carry over the discount --- they may need to move it up the chain. It never hurts to call and ask though...
