Adding dining plan and tickets to DVC reservation

I made reservations for someone on my points and put it in their name. They already linked it to their MDE. When they want to add tickets or the dining plan, do I have to do it or can it be done through MDE or by calling disney? I think i read somewhere that the dining plan had to be through MS but I wasnt sure about tickets. Thanks everyone!

They can purchase and link their own tickets to MDE. They can either purchase them direct from Disney or from an authorized third party re-seller like Undercover Tourist.

For the dining plan, only the member can add it and it must be paid for in full at the time it's added.

Keep in mind, unless something has changed, if they want Magical Express you will need to add that as well.
