Adding Dining Plan after Checking in Online?

Is this possible? I can check in online tomorrow but don't want to add the DDP until 48 hrs before. Is it possible to add it after I check-in on the site?

Those two are not related. You can add a dining plan up to 2 days prior to your arrival.
