Adding DCL transfers online?

I was wondering how I could add DCL transfers from WDW resort to the Port and back. The only option is transfers between the airport and the port.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

So, there is no way to add it on the website? I'm just confused as why it offers the option to add the transfers from/to the airport but not from/to the WDW resorts. It seems like there is a lot of guests who do take this route, I'm just not sure why I just couldn't add it on my reservation through the dcl website. Does anyone know why this is so?

I emailed and they sorted mine for me. Didn't want to ring as ringing from the UK costs a fortune so seemed like a good plan. In fact they changed mine 4 times so far as I've changed my plans so much lol

When they added yours to your reservation, is it shown on your reservation? The reason why I hesitate to call is because I want something I can print off to show that I am booked on the transfers.

Also, how did you make your payment for the transfers? And did they provide a receipt via email?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I had my reservation through Dreams Unlimited and they had to do the change to the reservation for transfers from resort to port canaveral. Then DCL showed the transfer on my reservation.

Yep it showed as soon as they emailed me to say they'd changed it. I was the same as you. The price is added to your cruise total (and if I remember right I had an email through to say the price had changed too).

I called Disney Cruise Line and booked from Wilderness Lodge to Cruise and from Cruise to Airport. Price was added to my total and it does show on my online account. Hope this helps. We leave in 12 more days can't wait.

Absolutely you can do it yourself on the web site..I just did!

When you view your reservation, if you are more than 3 days out from sailing, there is a link to modify your reservation -- transfers, air, etc. I just added one leg of the transfers because that's all I needed. My res is paid in full, so I did need to pay the $35 right then...printed it out & also received an email confirmation from DCL within minutes.


Only caveat is if you used a TA - then they may have to do it for you in some cases...

That's strange, when I go in to modify, it only offers the same thing as it did when I booked it -- only from and to the airport. I couldn't book any transfers from/to the WDW resorts.

I did end up just calling to book it. I'm just wondering why there was no option for resort to and from the port.
