Adding days to ticket

I know this answer is out there but I have searched and searched. Honestly, haven't been on in awhile but we have a trip coming up and this question was asked today. We will be at the parks for 8 days coming up. We have two day park hoppers with our package now. There are three out of the four of us that want to add days to our ticket (that is why we didn't put it with the package, one of us is an annual passholder and will not use that ticket until later). We have done this in the past and none of us can remember. We believe there is a price increase since we booked our package (or there will be). We thought that was a way to pay for the added days to our tickets at the old price but I can't remember if we use them first, or if we upgrade them before first use. Can someone help us? Thanks so much in advance.

You can add days to your park ticket and you will pay the difference between the current price of a two day park hopper and the current price of how many extra days you want. So if you want to add 4 days, for example, then you would pay the difference between a 2 day ph and a 6 day ph, which is $177.85. There isn't any way to get the old prices for the added days, though. But you will get the value of the current price of your 2 day ph when you add days.

They can add the days at the concierge desk of your resort or at a ticket booth.

Thank you. There was a way a few years ago to add days at the time you booked your package and not the new prices, they must have gotten rid of that option. I appreciate your help, kim

You CAN upgrade resort package tickets before you arrive.
HOWEVER, what you want to do in this case is only upgrade SOME of the tickets in the package and not others.
That has never been allowed.
All of the tickets that are purchased as part of the same resort package must be identical.

Only after you arrive at WDW and check into the resort can you then upgrade each ticket individually.

That is what we want to do, we were going to do that the first day we were there. Thanks, Kim

Can you still add days without expiration to tickets purchased with the no expiration option that still have unused days?
