Adding celebration to ADR

We will be celebrating our anniversary on our May trip. Our trip reservation says its our 6th anniversary celebration, but I did not put this on any ADRs. Is it automatically linked, or do I have to call and add it? Thanks so much!!

You have to call and add it. You can also tell the host/hostess at the podium when you check-in instead of calling.
