Adding another person to existing reservation?

We have a reservation for Disneyland park on 10/16/21. We are going to bring my adult son as well. I want to go online and buy him a ticket. How do I add him to our reservation? The new FP system is probably going to have started by then, so I want us to be a "party".

If you buy the ticket it will show up on your app. And then on his app he can scan his ticket and you will all be linked. Everyone in your party should scan each others tickets on their app so you are connected.

You can link his ticket to your account, but you will have to either make him his own separate reservation or cancel yours and redo it with all the tickets.
