I was just wondering what the chances were that if I added another night to our stay at the Fort under a different reservation that we could stay on the same site for our whole stay?

Ok. I had originally book two nights at the Fort, the 30th and the 31st. Well, turns out we are able to stay another night if I could get the reservation. We are booked for a partial site. I had been calling and checking online for 2 days and last night at 10:30pm a partial was finally available. Since the call center was closed I went ahead and booked it online before we lost it. :confused3

When I called this morning to kind of combine the reservations, they said they would make a note but could not guarantee that we wouldn't have to move for the last night.

Since we are staying in a tent, that would kinda suck to have to pack it all up and move just for one night.

Just wandering, in your knowledgeable opinions :worship: , do you think we will get to stay all 3 night on the same site?

:thanks: :disrocks:

if you call and ask if both ressies are for the same kind of sites {partial} the CM can combine 2 ressies into 1 ressie. we have pieced together ressies because of some days not available into one ressie a couple of times, one time we pieced 5 separate into one, when we filled in all the dates.

thanks. The CM i talked to said she put a note into both files and linked them together. Maybe that meant sure combined them into one. She didn't tell me if they were under one ressie number though.

Should I call again?

We decided that we wanted to stay an extra night last year about 3 days before our departure date and all we did was call and ask.. at first they said that there was no avail space but the day before were getting ready to pack our crap we called again and they were able to let us stay for an extra night! The only downfall was that we had to all get new key to the world cards.. which now take residence in DH's truck!!

we always call and double check ressie 5 days before directly to the Fort, this is when it is sent to their system. 407-824-2900
