adding an extra to a booking

I am thinking of booking a package holiday from the UK for 3 weeks to a value resort- flights and accom only no tickets and no dining for 2 adults and 1 child. However, my eldest can also come but not for the whole 3 weeks she want to book flights and join us for only 2 of the weeks. Can she stay in our room as the total will be 4. If we do this do we need to add her in at the hotel or can she just turn up would there be an additional cost. If we cannot do this then we will need to all just go for 2 weeks which seems a shame

Yes, you can, no problem. Just put her name on the reservation, and once she gets her travel plans set, she can even book Magical Express from the airport! Since there's no extra adult charge even if she's over 18 - room rates are based on 2 adults - and there are no tickets or meals involved, there should be no extra charge.
