adding adult children to deed

When I first bought into DVC I wanted to add my adult children to the deed but DVC said they would have to be approved for the loan too and didn't want to go through the hassle so only had my name on it.. I have one contract for 150, a 100 add on and a small 30 point add on. I have 2 grown daughters that don't live with me and now with the annual pass discount I would like to go ahead and add them on since I have finally paid the loans off. I want to add one daugher to the 150 pt contract and the other daughter on the 100 pt and 30 pt contract. Does anyone know how this is done? Can I seperate it like that?? How much does it cost? Can I do this myself for cheaper?? Any help is appreciated.

I would suggest calling your guide to get the "official" particulars!!

Disney is expensive. I don't think you just take it to a lawyer and have it done.

I am pretty sure Disney has to do it. It is a name addition on a DVC contract. So Disney has to be involved.

Expect to pay around $400 to $800 for it.

Also if your children get in finance trouble you could lose your DVC.
