Does anyone know if this can be done? We are already booked for 9/30-10/8 and are staying at POFQ with my parents, now DH decided he wants to join us for a few days but we already have 5 people in our room (one is a baby). Is it possible to add another room with free dining???

Hi Amy! Waving to you from Montgomery County, Pa!!!

Anyways, I have not tried this yet for anyone but honestly I would just call. I am not sure how many in your party are children but POR has trundle bed rooms. Maybe you could switch to a larger room that holds more if they won't allow an additional room.

Hope that helps.

Have A Magical Day!

Yep, we had to do this for my mother's boyfriend, since he decided to go after I had already booked everything. We are at ASMovies, and had to get a 2nd room since my mom, sis, and hubby and I were already in the first room. We didn't have a problem doing it, but it did take about 15 minutes for everything to get sorted out and everything.
I don't know where you're staying but I know that the Cm told me that our hotel, after we took that room, was totally booked for the free dining promotion. So might want to get on the phone ASAP if you want to try to get this worked out. And if your hotel is full, might want to see if they can switch you to another one. I wish we had done this instead of staying at ASMovies, maybe to a deluxe that would sleep 5, but I was tired and I didn't feel like doing any more trip planning!! :rotfl:

And by the way PrincessMo, your bouquet was gorgeous!!! I love that combination of colors. My wedding bouquet was sort of the opposite of that, hot pink lilies and cream roses.......those types of flowers look so elegant together. :cloud9:

I was told by a CM that adding on to a FD package, as long as we were upgrading (ie; spending more $) was doable. This included adding on a room (if there were FD rooms left available), adding people, adding days or switching resorts (Again, so long as there were rooms earmarked for FD available).

As another poster mentioned, POR does have the ability to sleep 5 in a room but in your case I highly recommend the ttwo rooms (twice the bathrooms, fridges & extra bed space)

Have fun!!!

Thanks everyone for your quick replies!!! And hello  PrincessMo!!!! I called and spoke with my AAA travel agent, who originally told me couldn't be done, and told what you all said, but since he's only going to be coming down for 4 nights (we are going for 8) she couldn't do it. It has to be the same exact package including same number of nights and same hotel! I'm gonna see if we can get him a cheaper room with a code now and just pay for the dining package.

Thanks! Amy

If you want the dining package, you'll have to have the AAA rate or rack rate, plus the ticket.
