adding a person- free dining

I swear I used the search function first, with no satisfying results.

Our situation: my parents separated a few months ago. We (husband, daughter, I and my father) booked an early booking offer on the UK site, 45% discount (one bedroom villa at OKW) and free dining, which was only bookable until the end of august, I think. We will be travelling in november 2012.
Now my parents decided to give their marriage a second try and my mother wants to go to wdw with us .
I don't think the hotel will be a problem, there will be enough room, and there is no charge for additional adults for the villa resorts, right?
What about the dining plan? I understood that everybody in the room has to be on the same plan, so will it be possible to buy the dining plan for her? Or do we have to have free dining and as the booking period for that is over, we can't add her altogether?

Call. UK set up might be different than US or Canada set ups. Here (in US) I just added my husband to our reservation, which had free dining. It was no problem adding him and we all receiving the free dining. I *believe* free dining was still available when I made the change, but I do not think that affected it. Is your daughter under 3, or if not, do you have an OKW room with an occupancy limit of 5 (with the sleeper chair)? I ask that because I don't think that ALL OKW 1 BRs have a stated occupancy of 5 yet, but I am not sure of that - they might.

Those would be your first concerns because you would need to stay under the occupancy limit for a 1 BR. If either of those items is true, yes, she can be added and there is no additional charge at OKW.

As for adding her to the free dining package, I think you can, but she will need to have the same tickets and dining as the rest of you. I would call Disney.

My daughter is 8, but the Disney website states that the 1-br-villa's capacity is 5.
I know that I have to call them eventually but I wanted to know as much as possible beforehand, that can be important sometimes when dealing with call centers .
